1. Introduction
Eazyfit respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, protect, and retain your personal and professional information as a stylist on Eazyfit.
By registering, onboarding, accepting jobs, communicating with customers, submitting bids, receiving payments, or using Eazyfit services, you agree to this Privacy Policy and any related platform policies.
2. Information We Collect
We may collect the following information from or about stylists:
Personal details
- Name, phone number, WhatsApp number, email address
- Profile photo
- Location and business or trade name
Identity and verification details
- Government-issued ID
- Verification status
- Workspace photos/videos
- Verification notes, certificates, training credentials, and related documents
Financial details
- Bank account information and payout details
- Paystack/payment settlement references
- Commission deductions, escrow status, and payout history
Professional details
- Uploaded designs, outfit photos/videos, and portfolio descriptions
- Categories, specialties, pricing range, capacity, and availability
- Delivery performance and quality ratings
Order activity
- Orders received, bids submitted, accepted jobs, declined jobs
- Readiness status, delivery status, disputes, reworks, customer reviews
- Stylist response speed
Communication data
- In-app chats, support messages, call logs where applicable
- WhatsApp/job-alert responses
- Email/SMS records, Bootcatalyst or similar communication records
- Admin notes
Device and usage data
- IP address, device type, operating system
- App usage data, login activity, location approximations
- Error logs and analytics events
AI measurement-related data (where relevant)
- Measurement sessions, user-confirmed values, correction feedback
- Fit outcome notes, designer correction notes, and confidence labels
- Only where connected to order fulfilment, support, testing, or product improvement
3. How We Use Stylist Information
We use stylist information to operate, protect, improve, and grow the Eazyfit marketplace. This includes:
- Verifying stylist identity, workspace, quality, and professional capability
- Displaying stylist portfolios, bids, reviews, categories, specialties, and approved content to customers
- Matching stylists with customer orders, job alerts, location-specific opportunities, and category-specific requests
- Processing payments, payouts, commissions, escrow balances, refunds, reworks, and dispute outcomes
- Coordinating pickup, dispatch, delivery, interstate logistics, rider instructions, and customer delivery communication
- Monitoring chats and order activity to prevent off-platform transactions, unauthorized extra charges, customer delay, fraud, harassment, and policy violations
- Resolving disputes fairly between customers and stylists
- Promoting stylist designs on Eazyfit platforms, social media, marketing materials, and campaigns, with credit where appropriate
- Improving platform functionality, AI measurement accuracy, designer tools, notifications, ranking, customer trust, and marketplace safety
4. Payment and Payout Data
We collect and process financial and payout information to facilitate stylist payments through Paystack or other approved payment processors.
- Eazyfit currently charges 5% commission per successful order.
- Stylists receive 70% after Paystack/payment processing, usually within 24 hours, and 25% after the customer receives and confirms the outfit or after dispute resolution in the stylist's favor.
- We may store payout records, payment references, commission deductions, escrow status, settlement status, and tax/accounting records as required for business, legal, fraud-prevention, and financial reporting purposes.
5. Communication, WhatsApp, and Job Alerts
Eazyfit may communicate with stylists through app notifications, WhatsApp, email, SMS, phone calls, Bootcatalyst, or similar tools. Communication may include job alerts, payment updates, pickup instructions, delivery instructions, dispute updates, AI measurement updates, training materials, customer support, and policy changes.
- Stylists may be asked to provide or confirm an active WhatsApp number for job alerts and operational updates.
- Eazyfit may track whether operational messages were sent, delivered, opened, clicked, replied to, or acted upon where the tool allows this tracking.
- Stylists must not use Eazyfit communication channels to request extra payments, hidden charges, off-platform payments, direct customer contact, or unnecessary timeline extensions.
- Stylists must use customer communication only for approved order clarification, progress updates, measurement questions, and support-related issues.
6. Customer Data and Delivery Coordination
Customer data is protected. Stylists should not request, store, share, or use customer personal contact details unless Eazyfit authorizes it for a specific operational need.
- For deliveries, Eazyfit's official number should be used as the primary delivery contact wherever possible.
- Riders or logistics providers may contact Eazyfit, and Eazyfit will coordinate with the customer.
- Stylists must not request customer phone numbers, WhatsApp numbers, addresses, or social media handles outside approved platform flows.
- Eazyfit may share limited delivery information with logistics providers only where needed to coordinate pickup and delivery.
- Stylists must not include customer data, personal contact materials, flyers, business cards, or social media handles in packages.
7. Chat Monitoring and Compliance Review
All communication with customers on Eazyfit may be monitored or reviewed by authorized Eazyfit staff for compliance, customer protection, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, quality control, and platform safety.
- Chat monitoring helps prevent off-platform payments, unauthorized extra charges, request for direct contact, customer delay, harassment, fraud, and policy violations.
- Only authorized Eazyfit staff may access chat logs and order records where needed for business, compliance, support, or dispute purposes.
- Stylists should assume that all in-app order communication may be reviewed if a dispute, delay, payment issue, or policy concern arises.
8. AI Measurement and Future Product Features
Eazyfit may introduce AI measurement, saved measurement profiles, video-guided measurement, designer review tools, delivery tracking, ranking systems, and other product features.
- Measurement data may include user-provided values, AI-assisted estimates, confidence labels, user edits, designer corrections, and fit outcome feedback.
- Where body images or measurement photos are used, Eazyfit will apply consent, access control, and retention rules in line with applicable policy and law.
- Stylists may see only the measurement information needed to fulfil an order, unless broader access is consented to or operationally required.
- Eazyfit may update how AI measurement data is collected, displayed, stored, or used as the feature improves.
9. Information Sharing
We do not sell or rent stylist personal data. We may share limited information where necessary to operate the platform, comply with law, or protect users.
- Payment processors such as Paystack — to process payments, payouts, settlements, refunds, and related financial records
- Verification agents or internal reviewers — to confirm identity, workspace, portfolio authenticity, and professional details
- Logistics providers, riders, or delivery partners — to coordinate pickup, dispatch, delivery, and delivery proof
- Communication tools such as WhatsApp, Bootcatalyst, SMS, email, or similar providers — to send job alerts, operational updates, reminders, training materials, and policy updates
- Legal, regulatory, law enforcement, or tax authorities — where required by law or necessary to protect users, Eazyfit, or the public
- Service providers and technical partners — to host, secure, analyze, improve, and maintain the Eazyfit platform and related features
10. Data Retention and Deletion
- We retain stylist verification data, account records, order records, payout records, dispute records, chat records, and compliance records for as long as needed to operate the platform and meet legal, financial, fraud-prevention, and dispute-resolution obligations.
- If a stylist deactivates their account, Eazyfit may retain relevant records for up to 5 years or longer where required by law, financial obligations, tax rules, fraud prevention, dispute history, or legitimate business needs.
- Stylists may request account deletion, but certain payment, payout, dispute, security, and legal records may be retained as required by Nigerian law or Eazyfit's legitimate business interests.
- Where AI measurement photos or sensitive body images are collected, Eazyfit will apply separate retention controls and may delete raw images after a defined period unless needed for support, security, dispute resolution, or product improvement with consent.
11. Security
We use reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational safeguards to protect stylist information. These may include encryption, secure servers, restricted staff access, authentication controls, activity logs, and internal permission controls.
No digital system is 100% secure. Stylists are responsible for keeping their login details, devices, and account access secure and for notifying Eazyfit quickly if they suspect unauthorized access.
12. Your Rights
Subject to applicable Nigerian law and platform obligations, stylists may request to:
- Access the personal and professional data Eazyfit holds about them
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete information
- Update payout, WhatsApp, portfolio, location, or professional details
- Request deletion or deactivation of their account, subject to payout, dispute, financial, legal, and operational obligations
- Withdraw consent for promotional use of designs or content, subject to already-published campaigns and legitimate business use
- Ask questions about how their information is used
13. Breach Notification
If a data breach affects stylist personal, financial, or sensitive information, Eazyfit will take reasonable steps to investigate, mitigate harm, and notify affected users and regulators where required by Nigerian law.
14. Policy Updates
Eazyfit may update this Privacy Policy as the platform evolves, including changes to AI measurement, job alerts, delivery coordination, payment processing, verification, compliance, analytics, or communication tools.
- Stylists will be informed of major privacy or data-use changes through the app, WhatsApp, email, SMS, Bootcatalyst, phone call, or other official Eazyfit channels.
- Continued use of Eazyfit after an update means the stylist accepts the updated Privacy Policy.
- Where legally required, Eazyfit may request renewed consent for specific data uses.
15. Governing Law and Contact
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
