Eazyfit uses escrow. When you place an order your money is held safely — the stylist only gets paid once you approve the finished outfit. If something isn't right, you can request a refund before approval.
All Nigerian bank cards (Verve, Mastercard, Visa), bank transfers, and USSD. International cards are supported for diaspora customers ordering outfits to be delivered in Nigeria.
If you reject the outfit before approval, you can request a full or partial refund. Approved refunds land in your account within 3–5 working days. We do not charge a refund fee.
Typical turnaround is 7–14 working days depending on complexity. Rush delivery (3–5 days) is available with selected stylists for an additional fee. You can filter stylists by turnaround time in the app.
Yes. We currently deliver across Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt, Ibadan, Benin and Enugu. Other Nigerian cities ship via GIG Logistics at checkout.
Yes. Every order has four visible stages — Sketch, Cut & tailor, Fitting, and Delivered — with photo updates from your stylist at each step. You get a push notification every time the status changes.
Every stylist completes ID verification (NIN or BVN), submits a portfolio for style review, and passes a trial order. Only about 1 in 4 applicants makes it onto the platform.
Open a dispute from the order screen. Our support team reviews within 24 hours and can hold, partially release, or refund escrow funds. Decisions are based on measurements, chat history, and photo evidence — not on who complained first.
Open any chat, tap the ⋯ menu, and choose Report or Block. Reports are reviewed by our trust & safety team within 24 hours. Blocked users cannot message or find you again.
Go to Profile → Settings → Delete account. Your data is removed within 30 days, per Nigerian data protection law (NDPR). Active orders must be completed or cancelled first.
Yes — diaspora customers can order outfits for themselves or family in Nigeria. Delivery is to a Nigerian address only; we're working on international shipping for 2026.
