Delete Your Eazyfit Account
You have the right to delete your Eazyfit account and all associated personal data at any time. This page explains your options, what happens to your information, and how long the process takes.
How to delete your account
You can request account deletion in two ways. Both methods result in a complete, permanent deletion of your account and personal data.
- Open the Eazyfit app on your phone.
- Tap the Profile icon in the bottom navigation bar.
- Go to Settings → Account.
- Tap “Delete account” and follow the on-screen confirmation steps.
- Your request is submitted instantly.
- Send an email to demo@eazyfitfashion.com from the address registered to your account.
- Use the subject line: “Account Deletion Request”.
- Include your full name and registered phone number so we can verify your identity.
- Our team will confirm receipt within 24 hours and begin the deletion process.
What happens to your data
When your deletion request is processed, the following data is permanently removed from our systems:
- Your name, email address, phone number, and delivery addresses
- Your uploaded style references, measurement records, and order history
- All chat messages and media exchanged with stylists
- Your saved payment methods and transaction records (subject to legal retention limits — see below)
- Your profile photo and any other uploaded content
- Your device tokens, push notification subscriptions, and session data
Data retention
In most cases your data is deleted within 30 days of your request, in accordance with the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR). However, certain information may be retained for a limited period where required by law:
- Transaction records may be retained for up to 7 years to comply with Nigerian financial and tax regulations.
- Fraud prevention records may be retained for up to 12 months after deletion to protect other users and the platform.
- Anonymised, aggregated analytics data that cannot be linked back to you are not subject to deletion.
After your account is deleted, your personal data will not be used for any marketing, profiling, or commercial purpose. You will not receive any further communications from Eazyfit.
Processing time
Once your deletion request is submitted and verified, here is what to expect:
We verify your identity and send a confirmation that your request has been received and queued.
Your profile, messages, order history, and uploaded content are deleted from our live systems.
All remaining personal data is purged from backups and secondary systems. Your account no longer exists on Eazyfit.
