Eazyfit respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, protect, and retain your personal information when you use Eazyfit as a customer across our app, website, and related services.
By creating an account, browsing tailors, uploading a style request, placing an order, chatting through the platform, making payments, confirming delivery, or otherwise using Eazyfit, you agree to this Privacy Policy and related platform policies.

2. How We Use Customer Information
We use customer information to operate, protect, improve, and grow Eazyfit. This includes:
- Creating and managing your account
- Helping you browse tailors, upload requests, and place orders
- Matching customer orders with relevant tailors
- Processing payments, escrow balances, refunds, and dispute outcomes
- Coordinating pickup, dispatch, logistics, and delivery communication
- Reviewing chats and order activity to prevent off-platform transactions, fraud, harassment, and policy violations
- Resolving disputes fairly between customers and tailors
- Improving trust, product experience, measurement tools, delivery workflows, and customer support
- Sending support messages, payment updates, order updates, policy updates, and feature notifications
- Promoting Eazyfit using reviews, testimonials, or approved customer content where appropriate
3. Payment and Transaction Data
We collect and process payment and transaction information through Paystack or other approved payment processors.
We may store payment references, settlement references, escrow status, commission-related records, refund and dispute records, and accounting or financial records required for business, legal, fraud prevention, and reporting purposes.
Eazyfit does not store full card details unless handled directly by an approved payment processor under its own secure environment and legal obligations.
4. Communication and Chat Monitoring
All communication between customers and tailors on Eazyfit may be monitored or reviewed by authorized Eazyfit staff for compliance enforcement, customer protection, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, quality control, and platform safety.
Only authorized staff may access chat logs and related records where needed for support, compliance, security, or dispute purposes.
5. Delivery Coordination and Logistics Data
Eazyfit may use and share limited customer data where needed to coordinate delivery, pickup, dispatch, and logistics. This may include delivery name, phone number where operationally required, delivery area or address, timing or availability details, and delivery proof or confirmation records.
We aim to limit shared data to what is operationally necessary.
6. AI Measurement and Future Features
Eazyfit may introduce or improve AI measurement, saved profiles, video-guided flows, order tracking, trust and ranking systems, and other product features.
Where body images or sensitive measurement photos are collected, Eazyfit will apply consent, access control, retention rules, and internal safeguards in line with applicable law and platform policy.
7. Information Sharing
We do not sell or rent customer personal data. We may share limited information where necessary to operate the platform, comply with law, or protect users.
We may share information with:
- Payment processors such as Paystack — to process payments, refunds, and settlements
- Logistics providers, riders, or dispatch partners — to coordinate pickup and delivery
- Communication tools such as email, SMS, WhatsApp, or similar providers — to send operational and support messages
- Service providers and technical partners — to host, secure, analyze, improve, and maintain the platform
- Legal, regulatory, law enforcement, or tax authorities — where required by law
- Internal reviewers or support staff — where needed for disputes, fraud review, safety, or compliance
8. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain customer records for as long as needed to operate the platform and meet legal, financial, tax, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and security obligations. This includes account records, order records, payment records, dispute records, chat records, measurement records, delivery records, and support history.
If a customer closes or deletes an account, Eazyfit may still retain relevant data for up to 5 years or longer where required by law or legitimate business need. Certain financial, transaction, dispute, security, and legal records may need to be retained even after account deletion.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational safeguards to protect customer information. These may include encryption, secure servers, authentication controls, access restrictions, internal permissions, activity logs, and monitoring.
No digital system is completely secure. Customers are also responsible for keeping their login credentials and devices secure and for notifying Eazyfit quickly if unauthorized access is suspected.
10. Your Rights
Subject to applicable Nigerian law, customers may request to:
- Access the personal data Eazyfit holds about them
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete information
- Update account, delivery, or measurement details
- Request deletion or deactivation of their account, subject to legal and operational obligations
- Withdraw consent for certain promotional uses of customer content where applicable
- Ask questions about how their information is used
11. Breach Notification
If a data breach affects customer personal, financial, or sensitive information, Eazyfit will take reasonable steps to investigate, reduce harm, and notify affected users and regulators where required by Nigerian law.
12. Policy Updates
Eazyfit may update this Privacy Policy as the platform evolves. Customers may be informed of major privacy or data use changes through the app, email, SMS, WhatsApp, phone call, or other official Eazyfit channels.
Continued use of Eazyfit after an update means you accept the updated Privacy Policy, unless the law requires renewed consent for a specific data use.
